Building Strength and Endurance

Introduction

You know how long and draining the season can be. The exercises in this tip are designed to help you build strength and lasting endurance.

Think of your body as a machine. After a season of breaking it down, it's now time to repair it. Begin to improve your strength and your endurance with conditioning, weight training, and wrestling.
The more building you do during the off-season, the more you'll have left come February!

Create your own work-out:
Use what you find here as a guideline for creating what will best help you succeed. Make adjustments as neccessary so that your personal workout is tough, but not impossible. Also, try to vary your exercises as time goes on so that you don't become bored with your workouts or quit improving.
