ORDERING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions pertain ONLY to items directly distributed by JRWrestling Products. All other products are subject to the Terms & Conditions set forth by their respective distributor.
All merchandise sold by The Wrestling Mall JRWrestling Products is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase just return the merchandise in store bought condition and we will promptly exchange refund or credit your account. Please enclose a copy of your packing slip/return form when returning any item so it can be properly credited. All returns are subject to our company exchange/return policy.

We accept orders via phone mail fax and online at http://www.JRWrestling.com or http://www.wrestlingmallstore.com. Sorry no C.O.D. orders accepted. Please fill in all applicable blanks completely. Lack of or inaccurate information may delay processing of your order. When ordering be sure to include the style number color description size and exact quantity of each item. Please be sure to enclose payment with order.
International shipments will be accepted on a limited basis. We are not allowed to ship some items overseas or to certain parts of the world. Please either email or call us prior to placing your order to see if we will ship to your country. Additional shipping/handling charges will be manually added to your total during processing. International shipments may take up to one month to be delivered depending on time of the season.
All orders must include check money order authorized school purchase order or credit card information before they can be processed. We accept these forms of credit cards: VISA MasterCard Discover &American Express. Please do not send cash. Incomplete or inaccurate information may delay processing of your order. All funds must be made payable in US Dollars.
Orders paid by check will be subject to an additional 10-day waiting period from the time the order is received in our office in order for the check to clear the bank. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $25 or the maximum allowed by law.
Minnesota residents please add 7% sales tax.
Purchase orders are accepted via fax or mail only (phone calls will not be accepted). Purchase orders must be drawn on an official school or government purchase order form or letterhead and signed by an authorized school or government official. There is a $25 minimum for all purchase orders.
We will ship most "in-stock" items within 72 business hours from the time the order was placed (weekends & holidays excluded). Our business does not process orders over the weekend nor does UPS deliver on Saturday. Delivery of out-of-stock or backordered items may take additional processing time. Normal delivery time is 5-7 business days from the date your order was received.
The standard shipping method is UPS or First Class Mail. When shipping Standard Ground Service to Alaska or Hawaii additional shipping charges may be manually added during processing. For packages weighing over 10 lbs. additional shipping charges may apply and will be added manually to your order at time of processing. Please email/call us prior to your order if you would like to receive an exact shipping/handling quote.
Some items we provide come from different suppliers and are shipped separately. In some instances extra shipping time may be needed. If your order contains items from different suppliers and requires multiple shipments you will be charged for the shipping and handling accordingly. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. Please email/call us prior to your order if you would like to receive an exact shipping/handling quote.
All accepted International orders will have additional shipping charges manually added to the order during processing to account for the overseas shipment. Please email/call us prior to your order if you would like to receive an exact shipping/handling quote prior to ordering. All customs fees associated wtih international orders are the complete and whole responsibility of the customer. The Wrestling Mall & JR Wrestling Products are not responsible for any custom fees you may be charged by the carrier.
Some items we provide are heavier in weight and will require extra shipping charges. Please keep this mind when placing your order. Some items requiring extra shipping charges are but not limited to mat tape mats body soap skin protectant mat dollies dummies scoreboards etc. If the item you wish to order is in question please feel free to call or email us for an exact shipping quote.
Express shipping is available at an additional charge for the continental US. All express orders received before 1 p.m. CST M-F will be shipped that same day. No delivery hour is guaranteed or implied. Express orders received after 1 p.m. CST M-F or on weekends are guaranteed to ship the following business day. For Overnight Delivery please add $35 to the original shipping cost for 2-Day Delivery please add $30 to the original shipping cost and for 3-Day Delivery please add $25 to the original shipping cost. All overnight orders received on Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday unless Saturday Delivery is requested. For Saturday Delivery please add $65 to the original shipping cost. Saturday delivery is not available in all areas. All 2-Day Delivery orders placed on Thursdays before 1 p.m. CST will arrive on Monday and all 2-Day Delivery orders placed on Friday will arrive the following Tuesday. Heavy items may require additional shipping charges for express delivery and will be added manually to your order during processing.
Complete order information and payment is essential to begin processing your order. JRWrestling Products will attempt to meet all stated delivery schedules but assumes no liability for delays due to our inability to obtain raw materials supplies or labor; or due to conditions over which we have no control including but not limited to misdirected mail computer malfunctions fax machine malfunctions delays of suppliers or carriers acts of war nature or any other causes.
Delivery times do not include holidays or weekends. Please do not call to check on your order until the designated delivery time has elapsed plus an additional two days.
If merchandise was damaged in shipment you must report the damage at once to your local carrier (UPS or Post Office). You MUST hold the original carton and damaged merchandise for inspection; otherwise no claim will be honored.
CALL FOR AVAILABILITY
Some items in this catalog or online are listed as CLOSEOUT Clearance or special purchase. These products will not be reordered or have been discontinued. Please be sure to order CLOSEOUT items as soon as you receive your catalog. These items sell out quickly. Sizes colors styles and quantities are limited. There are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on these items.
Due to manufacturing delays and/or unexpected demand we may at times be temporarily out of stock on certain items. If you place an order for any merchandise that is currently not available we will attempt to contact you regarding your order via phone or email. You will have the option of placing the order on hold or obtaining the ?in-stock? items and receiving a 2nd shipment with the backordered items at a later date. If choosing two shipments the 2nd shipment will be subject to shipping and handling fees.
We reserve the right to change any price in our catalog or online at any time without notice. All prices are in US dollars.
Please keep in mind when choosing colors that the actual shades could easily vary from the catalog or online illustration due to the printing process color settings on your computer etc.
If we have made a mistake in filling your order or your merchandise was damaged during shipment please accept our apologies and return the item(s) with proof of purchase and we will exchange them or issue a credit. We will refund actual shipping costs from a UPS label or postage on damaged merchandise or an incorrect shipment. We will not refund shipping costs on these types of returns shipped via express services such as; Federal Express overnight or 2-Day service etc.
If you would like to exchange or return your merchandise for another reason i.e. size color etc. please return the item(s) along with your name address phone number date merchandise was ordered credit card number & expiration date copy of invoice/order number and a description of what the problem is and what needs to be done. If you need to exchange a product for a different size or style please send an original invoice/order form with the merchandise and a note indicating the change. All returns/exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We help determine sizes and other information but are not responsible for the cost of shipping if items have to be returned.
If you should decide to return merchandise for any reasons please do so within 30 days. All sales are final after 30 days. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days of original order date. Please ship returns to: JRWrestling 2520 East Hennepin Ave Mpls MN 55413. We recommend UPS Ground or Priority mail.
Sorry no returns/exchanges on but not limited to the following items:
- Clearance items
- Discontinued items
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after original order date
- Any book CD DVD VHS tape software or cassette tape that has been opened
- Any item that is not in its original condition used damaged soiled or is missing parts
- Customized products are non-returnable unless defective
We are not responsible for packages that have been lost or damaged by the carrier that the customer has used to return merchandise. Please insure your packages and keep a receipt so that you can make a claim with the shipping company if a package is lost or damaged before or when it reaches us.
CREDIT CARD FRAUD
JR Wrestling Products actively reports and prosecutes all actual and suspected fraud. We may require additional information from the card holder including a telephone confirmation of the order before your order is shipped. Our decision to require additional information is at our discretion. JRWrestling reserves the right to cancel delay refuse or recall from the shipper any order suspected of fraud.
JRWrestling Products captures specific information during the order process including time date and other information that can be used to locate and identify individuals committing fraud. Any order that is suspected to be fraudulent will be submitted with or without a subpoena to law enforcement agencies and to the credit card company for fraud investigation. JR Wrestling Products will cooperate with authorities to prosecute offenders to the fullest extent of the law.
