About Simply Common Sense

Title IX Feature:
SCS is NOT agianst Title IX
. SCS is an organization created by a small group of individuals with a big dream. That dream is to challenge and rectify the injustice and cease the negative consequences of proportionality (a gender quota system), the test used to determine if instituitions are in compliance with Title IX. Those consequences are the elimination of male athletic opportunities at all age levels. This is executed by the Office of Civil Rights, who, headed by Norma Cantu, put pressure on all federally funded institutions to meet the participation quota. The punishment is the withdrawal of any and all federal funds for non-compliance.

SCS is based in Minneapolis, MN and currently has one individual working exclusively on these issues and two individuals that act as advisor/overseer. SCS is non-profit and is donation-based. SCS is working with other parties such as Leo Kocher, president of the National Coalition for Athletic Equity (NCAE), Eric LeSher, president of Iowans Against Quotas (IAQ), Dale Anderson (IAQ), Bob Baxter (Citizens Against Quotas), Ted Witulski, Kimberly Schuld of the Independent Women's Forum in Washington D.C., and others. Together we are trying to create an equal interest protection and give an opportunity to all those interested in participating in amateur athletics.

If you are interested in helping non-revenue survive in the amateur arena, become a member of SCS. E-mail us at: scs@thewrestlingmall.com. We will send you the membership information in the mail.
